Spring Time
April 24th, 2009 | by fredrik.eriksson |Spring is my favorite time of the year. You get some fantastic days mixed in with the rain that remind you of all the great ones that will follow. Today was one of those days.
We took the kids down to the park by our house this afternoon. Navy wanted to go to the playground and Trek wanted to play basketball, at which he’s getting very good.
This is a recovery week as far as training goes, so I decided to make this a complete rest day. Will throw in a swim and a run tomorrow and have a long group ride on Sunday.
